When we create your account you can specify which of the features below you’d like to take advantage of – use as many or as few as you require. If you’d prefer a standard Premier account set-up to begin with we can incorporate other features at a later date.
An account with multiple users can work one of two ways. You can assign all/a number of users with the same login details, or you can set each user with their own unique user name and password. We can talk to you and advise the best method depending on your company requirements.
Allows you to control and restrict what products your users can see. You can set multiple user groups and allow each group different permissions – very beneficial to multi departmental organizations.Permissions can be set for: whole categories, for instance stationery which may include business cards, letterheads and compliment slips; a product type, for example business cards; or simply set to individual products.
If you’d like to keep tight control over the financial side of your account then options available are:
Authorisation – can be applied to individual or all users. When an order is raised an email is sent to the relevant person, for example a manager, to authorise the order.
Budget limits – work in the same way as authorisation but include a financial limit. For example if you set your limit to be £5,000 then all orders below that amount can be placed, any order over that limit will require authorisation.
Prices – can be shown or hidden to each individual user.
Our software includes an automated stock control mechanism. As soon as your stock falls beneath a pre-agreed level, an email warning will be sent so more print can be authorised and delivered. Emails can be sent to one or multiple addresses.
You can also choose to view stock levels when ordering a stocked product. When an order is placed the stock will reduce accordingly.
Sometimes you may need to hold your order before you place it. For example, you may want to add a product to the drafts and place the order at a later time. Or you may need to send a proof of the product to someone for their approval before placing the order.
Creating personalised messages is becoming a pre-requisite to a successful marketing campaign. In the modern environment where consumers are continually bombarded with advertising messages it takes a personal approach to stand out amongst the crowd.
